The cake turned out prettier than I had imagined. Now if it tastes half as good as it looks, I will be a happy girl. A huge thank you again to Jen for the top secret recipe. I added toasted coconut to the top because Meme loves coconut and I thought it might go well with the lime in the cake. I will let you know how it goes over after our Easter lunch.
