Birthday Wishes

THIS is what I want for my birthday in April.  Well, this and a Cricut Expression machine, but mostly this.  I am going to make it happen.  The ideas are already swirling.  AND my birthday is a Saturday this year.  Fate, no?

I might ask for your help.

Who is in?

  6. This is awesome. People are always so shocked when you do something random and nice which is such a shame. More people should do this and maybe some day we'll be able to take the word Random out and just have Acts of Kindness!
    I will absolutely be participating!

  8. Splendid idea! I am totally in girl. When is your b-day by the way? I have a package to assemble before then.

  9. Ash, If by package, you mean that you will be hopping a plane to come participate in person, then YES. I promise copious amounts of wine.

  10. This is a great idea! My emotional butt cryed when reading it. This will be way more fun then the $10 shopping trip you tricked us into. I am in:)

  12. The day I read this and agreed to help, a grandpa was putting his grand-daughter on the 3 seated merry-go-round at the mall. he walked passed our table and said he had 2 seats available if anyone was interested. I had just had to be the mean mom who didn't have a dollar bill for Wyatt and Sophie to ride it so of course they were ecstatic! Karma baby, karma! :-) Thank you to the grandpa that was thoughtful enough to offer the empty merry go round seats!

  13. I am honored that you mentioned my post on your rockin' blog. Even more so that it has inspired you to celebrate your bday the same way. I promise you it'll bless your freakin' socks off. (If it doesn't, the Cricut should do the trick!)
    Happy early birthday.
    Warmly,
    Robyn

I totally thought of you and this post when I this popped up in my rss feed this morning: http://www.etsy.com/storque/handmade-life/random-acts-of-kindness-week-with-heidi-burton-7105/

And these uber cute cards? Of course, you're crafty enough to create your own :)
