I am a fat girl. No really. Fatty McFatterson could be my name. I'm working on it so don't give me (much) shit about it. So what works for me? Joining a fabulous group of women committed to doing the 30 Day Shred for the month of September.
Maybe it's the guilt of letting strangers {I failed miserably when I made a pact with my friends to Shred} or the whole internet down, {because we all know the "whole internet" cares...} or perhaps it's that my vision board says I'm healthy, or that I committed to it for myself on my list of 101 things to do in 1001 days {check out #86} which incidentally was immediately before I ran into Sarah's fab blog tricking, strong-arming, threatening, coaxing people into her challenge.
So there you have it. What works for me? Being shamed into exercising every single day for 30 days. And we're just about a third of the way through and I am still going strong! It sure helps that there is a diverse, hilarious, supportive group of complete strangers workout buddies cheering me on.

Oh I'm so with you on this one. Every morning I wake up and think to hell with the Shred and then I read the blog and everyone else is doing it and I don't want to be the one who lets "the whole internet down" ;)
I think it was all the cosmic work of the universe because I've been reading Sarah forevah and had seriously already Netflixed the Shred like two days before she put the September Shredders idea out there.
And then....I met you. The End.
I super puffy heart you girls!
Awesome idea. :)
